The player from the US is dissatisfied with the long withdrawal process. Even though we assumed that the issue has been resolved, without confirmation from the player, we were forced to reject this complaint.
Still waiting for payments $2500 (max with drawal amount) and ($1699 same winning)After submitting documents required which were submitted 10/11/20 and approved 10/30/20 . Have not been paid nor given any information as to why it hasn't been paid. I've contacted them at least 3 times a week on more then one occasion was told they couldn't get ahold of the team in charge of payments. And to try back the following day... Just recently my account was "escalated" and needed to contact the following day, after following up the next day only thing I was told was they could see that my account has been escalated. But No Solution,No Answers,No Money..
