i had a monthly cash back of $20. The rules on monthly cash back is 1x max cash out with a minimum cash out of $100. So any cash back under $100 the cash out is no more or no less than $100. I requested cash out for $100 and they sent me $20. They said because I used coindraw they can send less than $100. Does this mean that there are different rules for players who request a wire transfer? They get paid more money for the monthly cash back simply because they chose a different withdrawal method?


I asked in the chat and said the same thing. My minimum withdrawal amount is $100. I only got paid $20 and it takes like an hour to get customer service to answer the chat.

They have never told me the max cash out for bonuses varies depending on the withdrawal method. They have always said when giving the bonus if the bonus amount is less than $100 and it has a 1x cash out the minimum allowed to withdrawal is $100. The end. Everytime I have ever cashed out on one of these small bonuses it’s always $100. It wasn’t until this week they sent me only $19. When I asked why I did not get the $100 my host said because the method I used to withdrawal is coindraw. If I chose bitcoin withdrawal I could have cash out $50 if I chose wire transfer or check I would have been paid the entire $100. Does this make sense to pay people different amounts on the exact same bonus depending on their preferred withdrawal method? Max cash out on bonuses should be the same no matter what withdrawal method you chose. I mean if I knew that I would have just done check withdrawal.

Yes the they sent me the $19. No I don’t have chat screen shots of them telling me the max cash out is different if you request a different method of withdrawal. I’m sure they will address it when they respond to the complaint. The only chats I saved was the numerous times they say if the bonus is under $100 the minimum and max cash is is $100

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Monthly Cashback bonus comes with 1 time maximum allowed withdrawal (minimum $100).

I honestly don’t even care I only make a big deal of this because these casinos do not bend for players. U accidentally break the tiniest of rules and they will take all your winnings. I think the casinos deserve the same respect they show players.

I have checked the Terms and Conditions and this is what I found:

4.Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Monthly Cashback bonus comes with 1 time maximum allowed withdrawal (minimum $100).

This rule essentially means that the maximum amount you may withdraw is capped at 1 time the bonus amount you receive. So if your cashback was $20, the casino would cap your winnings at $20. I would like to emphasize that according to our Fair Gambling Codex, we consider an imposed win limit to be unfair and predatory only when it’s applied to real money games. However, we accept bonus terms and conditions that restrict the maximum cash out from bonus play.

Additionally, the rule in parentheses states that the minimum withdrawal is $100. This does not mean that if you choose a different payment method, you would receive $100. The casino actually allowed you to withdraw a smaller amount than stated in the Terms and Conditions. In other casinos, your winnings would be capped at $20, and you would not be able to withdraw it because you won less than the allowed minimum withdrawal amount. So, it's actually beneficial that you were able to withdraw the $20.

Do what? I won $100. I requested a withdrawal of $100. They sent me $20.


in the past if I attempted to request a withdrawl for less than the required minimum…. For example if I tried to cash out $90 on monthly cash back the casino will deny the request and put the money back on your balance until you lose it or get to $100. My complaint is because I requested a withdrawal for the minimum amount which is $100. They sent me $20


i requested $100 the withdrawal with coindraw. They sent me $20. Each withdrawal method has different limits on what they will send you. So if I would have requested the exact same withdrawal by wire transfer or by check they would have paid me the entire $100.


to be clear. I did not request a withdrawal for $20. The minimum for cash back has ALWAYS been $100. I requested a withdrawal for the exact minimum of $100. However they took $80 of it and sent me $20. My complaint is that they are lying in the terms and conditions and they are not consistent. What about all the other times I couldn’t get to the $100 minimum and they refused the withdrawal because it wasn’t enough to make the request? The terms and conditions state the min request is $100 they should have paid me the minimum amount that I requested which was $100.
