hi i have made lots of deposits at sloto stars casino and I dont use coupon because i dont want to always play slots and the casino always denies me my fair share of cashback bonus, The policy saids clearly that on Thursday- Sunday cashback bonuses are more and i always get screwed and i cant argue with them because they come up with excuses and change the rules as they go. And I did not use any coupon for bonuses and that is my choice but my cashback should not be restricted since it was clean deposit, and every cashback i have gotten has been restricted to be forced to play slots. All my deposits have been clean and my cashback should be too. I made alot of deposits this week and got restricted cashback and i am tired of this, I argue with them and they just alway say the system wont allow it. This is my friends acct. Could you please advise what do you mean by that it is not your account? Do you mean the casino account or which one? Did you ever received the cashback bonus in the casino? Did they ever specify why don't they give you any cashback?

  Thank you for your email and to your question. The guru account i am on is my friends but the casino account is all mine. Sorry about that I should have been more clear. There are so many issues with me not playing slots at that casino is almost ridiculus. regardless of what i play they are still getting my money. Let me know if you need more answers. Thank you so much. Hello, I wanted to make sure I was all my issues were correct on my behalf and I did all the research and The casino sloto stars has been cheating me from the beginning and still continues. I have emailed them several dozen times and it gets me absolutely nowhere. First off its saids on there own terms and conditions that all clean deposits will get 15% for all clean deposits yet i only got 7.5 and I was suppose to always get 15% on thursday - Sunday and i got 7.5. It clearly saids it at the cashback section. And every single cashback i have ever gotten HAS BEEN RESTRICTED AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN. IT like they are forcing me to play slots. And suppose to get 20 star points for every 100 deposited, and that was another bogus lye. I should have had at least 160 stars i only had 65 stars. That is just a few lyes from them and it affected me because was excepting it
