Do not play at this online gaming site. I think they are doing their own reviews online. The saving is a scam. You will not get paid. It’s not a casino. The customer service reps are rude and hang up on you. I repeat they do not pay. Beware. Do not send them your personal information.

Dear Brferguson,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your withdrawal problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Could you please advise if your account has been fully verified? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

Please understand, without verifying your account, you won’t be entitled to any withdrawals.

However, I believe we will be able to help you to resolve this issue and receive your winnings as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Petronela

I dont think they should let consumers deposit amounts they don't consider enough to wager for payout.I deposited 50$.The screen said I WON OVER 100$ DOLLARS and said withdrawable amount was like a few pennies and they said I would have to wager this ridiculous amount of 1000$ on the game to get payout. So i couldn't understand how they could let me deposit 25$ to 50$ and start playing a game that called for that amount to wager as if any consumer would deposit cash money just to tap a spin button. I think they need to make clear that depositing below wager amount could and will result in no payout. Most of the games were 1000$ wager and you can play but it is pretty much just like paying to play in practice mode. I think they leave too much open interpretation as a way to scam consumers because you can expect when you go to the casino to lose but putting money in just to play on playmode is very predatory.

I do apologize but I don't understand what the issue is exactly. Are your funds locked in due to mandatory wagering? Have you activated any bonus offer when placing your last deposit, please?
