The Situation is following i won a bonus of some freespins and then met the wagering requirements and Won Aggain so i got to 500Euros overall and decided to Payout. So i requested a Payout, but Manager cut for any reason 489 dollar thats insane crazy and cant be regular way to threat your customers. never play aggain there !

i even payd 10 dollars in litecoin to unlock my winnings they said but then nothing pls lets talk clear.

I reviewed the situation and unfortunately the win in question is on the second consecutive free chip without cash deposit. The terms and conditions of the casino and the free chips themselves state that only one free chip is valid between cash deposit/play sessions. In this case the $100 maximum cashout value for the free chip in play at the time of the win would not be eligible for withdrawal. In this case there is nothing I can do to assist.

In total, there were three no deposit bonuses claimed consecutively; however, the bonus associated with the code MAD275 was canceled by you, which means it does not count. Your $11 real money deposit was made only after you wanted to withdraw the winnings from the FREALKSEPT9 bonus.

I recognize that my response may not meet your expectations, but unfortunately, this rule was indeed violated.

No Deposit Bonuses (Free Chips, Free Spins)

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

While you claimed the bonus FREE25BANDITS some time ago, the aforementioned rule remains in effect. Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information, we have to agree with the casino's team's actions in this case as they have followed the rules you agree to when creating your account. I can only recommend that you read the bonus T&Cs thoroughly before you activate any bonuses to avoid disappointments like this in the future.
