request withdraw my account is verified approved on the 13 th told 7 to 10 business days so 23rd all day and prior to even in e mail i was assured by end of the 10th day my withdraw would be processed wait until end of the day they say 48more hours we will let you know i got the immediate feeling of them trying to upset me i was dissapointed they said i could basically wait 4 ever they cannot follow their own timeframe have no problem lying to wasting my time i deposit and play regularly what kind of business treats customer like this

first of all my account is verified at all sister casinos as well i deposit regularly and play regularly when possible i deposit using bitcoin my address was verified by mr poole via e nail custom support specialist for all casinos. whethere it was normal deposit or whatever i was within the rules of the casino I learned the hard way not paying attention causes so i stop playing while I wait for the transaction to clear so rules can be broken. that being said my issue is that i followed the rules and was told up until the 10th business day i waited until 10 pm to be told hey Wait 2 more days and the individual acted rude and closed the session thats like i was jerked along until the last min abd told Wait longer who knows l. it was dissapointmt that i followed the rules and waited until the last min on your time frame to ve treated bad told to wait no reason. the dissapointment when i didn't follow the rules I lost my winnings and 2 months before I was told it takes the fun out of it if you dont follow the ruled or do what you say but quickly punish people's who don't its a break down of trust especially after 20 days of waiting not playing no explanation i whats the reason besides trying to piss me off to get me to say something bad and banned or something
