When you decide to close that game sesion you will find yourself log out from site.You log in again and open same game played before you wil get again a couple of wins and so on. for me looks very unfair.

Thank you for your time. I can't provide screnshot at the moment , issue is happends all the time does not have specific time on day.
For me looks like you play on a gost machine, i mean looks like no react from server game.
I am playing from nearly 10 years now and i see a lot off issue from all sites. Offten on many sites you will get disconnected during the games session specifically when you get some few winning spin, but you get disconnected from games server is whell. But on this case you are only log out from your account but you can keep playing on games sessions. Because off this i say looks like you are playing on gost.
Is frustating a lot for me. Regarding the amount if they return all money wich i deposit and close my account forever with no possibility to open again never , could be a solution.
The gaming industry are made for owners off casino not for people, and i am 100% sure here is lot off tricks to help their business. So i am not expecting to get my right but at least i see the people like you trying to help, at least on first sight. The truth no one knows really.
