The player from Utah played with a bonus which was activated by a promo code, but then the casino confiscated the winnings and closed the account without explanation. We rejected the complaint because the player stopped responding to the complaint.
I won 16,000 fair and square!!! I deposited in September, LOST QUICKLY and got a flyer in the mail with the code COMEBACK300. I used the code, met the playthrough requirements and had my balance at $16,000!!! When I tried to redeem, they closed my account!!! Do not waste your money here!!!!
