The player from Florida had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. After the player confirmed that the withdrawal was manager approved, we requested additional information to investigate further. However, despite extending the response deadline, the player didn't provide the requested information. Consequently, we were unable to proceed with the case and it had been rejected.
