The player from Iowa had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, his winnings had not been received yet. The player had faced issues with verification as he no longer possessed the cards the casino wanted for verification. Despite the Complaints Team's efforts to assist and extend the timer for response, the player did not respond to further inquiries. As a result, we were unable to investigate the issue further and had to reject the complaint.

I had received an email for 65 free spins. In the conditions it said that I can withdraw to get this bonus to get this bonus.up to $500. I am supposedly in their VIP membership I get free money usually $100 at a time to spend wherever never really want anything with it never been a problem. I went to withdraw my money and my identity had been verified but they wanted my credit cards which is irrelevant in this case because I spent no money. The problem I have is that most of the credit cards I have on file for either old cards due to my account being breached for being on these sites. Or they were just outdated cards or they were burner cards disposable where you deposit money on them. I explained to them the situation and four separate emails and have not heard back at all about anything. I had read that this is a really poor casino very hard to collect on but usually through mediation you can get your money. Whatever play through bonus there was which I did not read that there was I played the money for quite a while turned it over quite a bit I don't believe that's an issue the issue is my cards that I do not have access to the majority of the cards to take a picture of the front and the back as a request. But will not answer me to let me know what my options are. Even had an email for the VIP concierge which I'm sure is the same email that everybody else gets to reply on but no reply from anybody on anything.

My issue is that the cards that they want me to use for verification I do not have anymore. They were either expired cards or cards that got hacked or cards that you go and put money on. And they won't answer me to find out what I'm supposed to do in the event that this happened
