The player from the United States had trouble withdrawing his winnings despite having completed all requirements. He had been experiencing a lack of communication and had his withdrawal requests denied multiple times without explanation. His attempts to resolve the issue through chat had been unsuccessful. After the player provided all necessary information, we had invited Silver Oak Casino to join the conversation. The casino confirmed that the payment was released via Bitcoin. However, due to the player's lack of response to our messages, we were unable to confirm the receipt of payment and had to reject the complaint.

They will not payout my money. I deposited money multiple times, was not a promotion. I have requested a withdrawal 4 times,

Silveroak just denied it with no
communication or explanation. I have emailed almost twice a day. Other then maybe 2 times they actually responded with not a canned response. One time to tell that they could take as long as wanted to payout.
Another time to say they were within the time even they keep denying my withdrawal and I have to start the time frame over. They say in email to contact them through chat
which has never worked.So I can deposit money within 30 mins, but it take month to get paid out. Make that make sense. I just don't get the tactic, to get me not to play at your casino again. It's working like a charm.

Yes I have provided my Bitcoin address when they requested. They told me to send it to another email, I don't even know if they got it. I do have a withdrawal pending. I have to keep requesting it , they just deny It. I have gotten a withdrawal before
