The player from Ontario had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. The Complaints Team had informed her that withdrawal processing could sometimes take up to two weeks and advised her to be patient. However, despite extending the response timer and reaching out to the player, there was no response from her end. Consequently, due to the lack of communication from the player, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Hi there.


I made a withdrawl of $500 usd on March 15. They stated 5 days to process. On the 6th day it was reversed with no explanation and no email. Live chat takes hours to speak to someone and emails remain unanswered. I withdrew again using a bitcoin method, after two days nothing I pulled it back out. Went back to bank transfer, checked all my details everything is correct. Today is the 6th day and it is reversed back into my account again, with no explanation. This site seems to have no problem taking money but has huge problems paying it out. I’m also

going to file a complaint with Ontario Gaming as well. It’s two weeks tomorrow since my first withdrawal. Any help you can give me will be appreciated.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
