I asked for a withdrawal request more than a week ago, I sent the signed documents and every email they send me is saying a different problem. First they claimed that a signed and dated document was missing, I sent it. Then they asked me to confirm the Bitcoin wallet for withdrawal, I confirmed. The email support responds every two or three days and always comes back with an excuse saying something is missing. I have already complained to online support and they can never solve my problem. My sent emails never got a response!

I sent the documents that I was asked for verification over a week ago. I accumulated the bonus and deposited the requested amount to get the withdrawal, I deposited it in bitcoin since the withdrawal system does not have it for my bank. Last time I replied to the email from the casino was three days ago when they asked me to confirm the bitcoin wallet and since then I have not received any responses. I complained in the chat 24/7 and they always say the same thing; you have to wait for the financial release. What is bothering me about all this is that they don't answer me! They don't give me a concrete answer.

Well, they released my account for withdrawal and now I'm waiting for the money to fall into the account (it will be seven days after the withdrawal request).
