The player's verification is delayed for over 2 weeks. The casino reacted to the complaint and confirmed that the verification was completed but we haven't received any response from the player after that, so we were forced to reject the complaint.
Its past 15 days i am continuously mailing to the concern team of saphirebets but no one responding me properly they asked all my documents including my bank statement i have provided everything but no use of it i think they are frauding with me

I have been facing this problem since 15 days i have submitted my aadhar pan and selfie holding my document and mail chat of security team and also my recent bank statement from may 1st till date and i have a conversation daily on mail but i get only 1 reply to wait and nothing else
