3 days passed by and still my withdrawal is on pending status. I don't know if this S5 casino a bogus or what. Seems like they have no interest in releasing and transferring my won money to my virtual wallet.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
