I’ve been receiving the runaround from their customer service team for over a month but they still have not approved any of these for payout. I filed my withdrawal 4/18/21 and it's now 6/6/21 and it’s not a docume­­nt­/­v­er­­ifi­­cation issue as I’ve recently received payouts from other winnings.


They simply will not approve my payout even thought they keep

apologize profusely and still

telling me there are going to expedite my withdrawal and I still see my withdrawal pending.


Please help mediate a solution with this casino to pay their obligations once and for all.

And to answer your question I used a promo that gave no playthrough and 300% for 30$ deposit and I took a screenshot of the coupon and in the details it says a 5x playthrough but I exceeded that because I actually won like 5k and lost the other half so I made the playthrough because I belive for 30 deposit you get 100$ so there should be no reason for me to get a full pay out of 2500$

So I just got a email from there document staff stating they need to update my information and asked for me to fill out the credit card info paper work and to send a pic of my bank card and I replied back with that info and the paper work they were asking for and then they replied back that im all up to date and I'm verified and that's all they said, so I went to check my account on ruby and it's still the same status (pending) so I'm gonna hit up the live chat again to see what's going on.

Update: I followed up on my withdrawl and I was told sorry for the inconvenience and was told they were gonna escalate my withdrawal, and this is frustrating because I've been told numerous times that there gonna escalate my withdrawal and noting is happening it is still pending to withdrawal, and I play alot on there casinos and I don't take any free chips or anything and sometimes I don't even use promos but they have no problem taking my money but when it comes time to pay out I have to practically beg to get my winnings this is just ridiculous and I have cashed out at other casinos and never had a issue like this a example was cafe casino when I first played with no promo and I won 800 I got paid in less than 24 hours no BS I was in shock I didn't belive I would get paid that fast so I don't see why I can't get paid in a timely matter, but it is what it is that's why I play fish on my phone they pay out right then and there and after this incident I don't know if I'm gonna play on these casinos because of such long withdrawal waits, so I apologize for my venting but this is crazy that I have to wait this long just to get paid what I won it's just no fair and I can't do anything about it but type.

So I chatted with help from ruby casino right now and they in formed me that my payment was sent out 7/6 yesterday, so I was like what? So I checked my cash app and my payment is there so I'm satisfied now and got paid, so ty Martin & casino guru for your help in this as matter.
