I am 16 years old and lost around 3K euros gambling on roobet. When registering, I ofcourse used fake details because I am a minor else I couldn't play. The casino let me deposit thousands without ever asking for an ID and when I told them I was a minor and asked for my money back, they blocked my account and told me they couldn't give it back because I registered with fake details.

Moreover, when a player wants to make a deposit to their casino account, they have to fill out their profile, including their date of birth. The system will not allow you to deposit if your age is less than 18 years. Since you provided false personal information, you breached the casino's terms. I apologize, but we are not able to help further under these circumstances. The casino clearly tries to block underaged players from depositing, but it is impossible if they register using incorrect information. Well I didn’t read those terms. They let me play with so much money without ever asking for my ID. Isn’t that supposed to be the first thing they do? If they asked for my ID I would have never lost any money in the first place.
