I deposited 150€ via ltc crypto 4-5 months ago, was able to place 3-4 bets maybe and have now in total almost 400€, after that they refused every bet, I didn't use site for 2-3 months, decided to withdraw money, did verification, sent documents that aksed and after that got mail that my account is under investigation and need to eait 6 monts??? I see that is very often and normal case with this bookie.
They locked my account, I can't log in anymore, and I can't understand why my account is under unvestigations if i was able ti earn only less than 250€ on site.
Thet answer on mail that I need to eait 6 months for do nothing, cause they dont wanna pay small amount .
I didnt use any bonus, didn't have any other account or something like that and they just locked my account for no reason.
I would suggest to avoid this bookie, cause I read here, this cases are very often there.

I sent documents for verification for around 6-7 days cause I wanted to withdraw finds and after 2-3 days I got mail that my account is locked and will be under investigation for 6 months, with no any details why.
Yes, deposited my own 150e in litecoin crypto i think, not sure, was some time ago. Account is under investigation since 5-6 days ago, but as I mentioned on complaint there is no any reason to put my account under investigation, I realize that is normal for this casino, cause read many same complaints here.

Unfortunately any casino can do such random checks. Even if they claim a really long time frame, it is usually resolved much faster. As only a few days have passed, I would definitely wait at least a week or 2 for an update from the casino. If they wouldn't contact you within that time frame, we will definitely try to intervene.
