Case summary

The player from Lithuania had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout had not been received yet. After facing delays with his initial withdrawal to a Skrill account, he had switched to a crypto wallet as suggested by the casino. The issue had been resolved, and he confirmed that he received his funds. The complaint had been marked as 'resolved' in our system.

I made withdrawal request of 619€, they said it will take max 24hours, also they noted it in their withdrawal t&c's that takes from 5min to 24hours . Once i was scammed in other casino, it was also the same problem.


Tried to contact them again but no response.

My account is fully verified, email, phone and KYC.

Want to mention that i have made withdrawal to crypto wallet, but i cancelled my withdraw because of the long waiting time and made another one withdraw to skrill account.

After 4 days of waiting they cancelled my payment, because of the skrill gateway problems, so now i withdrawed to crypto wallet as they suggested me its the best and the fast option, lets see...
