The live chat has no available agents and is in offline "send a message" mode. The phone number rings once then has a busy signal before hanging up like it's a non working number. Emails to multiple hosts and managers have gone unanswered for 36 hours+. This is VERY suspicious. I cant get my 250 cashback bonus it's like all employees have vanished. The only thing working us depositing.

Hello! Yes, typically I have to reach out to live chat and request it be added. I have received many bonuses in the past. I now have a pending withdrawal I initiated over the weekend so my concern is more about that than the bonus. I have been unable to reach anyone via chat, phone, or email since before Thanksgiving.
