The player struggles to verify his account for over a week. The player was later accused of making opposite bets. Eventually, the casino decided to pay the player excluding the reported bets. The issue was successfully resolved.
It's been a week. They are taking so long to verify my documents which I provided. And I lost my patience waiting for them to verify my account. So I came here. Anyhow because of their delay I reached 15k to 5k. And again i played and reached 15k after a great struggle. If they are delaying verification, so i can't withdraw. Why there is no verification for deposits then.
I need this issue to be solved.

I thought pancard and a selfie showing the date along with pan card and rajabets name is enough for verification. They verified it in two days. But they didn't allow me for withdrawal. They asked me aadhar pdf format, phone bill and Bank statement. I submitted all of them on 13. But still verification is going on.

User is required to prove that the bank account he made a withdrawal to belongs to him. A Bank statement stating the relevant details has to be uploaded as "Other".
Whatever I upload you guys are rejecting for no reason. I uploaded the bank statement. Let's see what will you do. And there is no proper information is providing by the customer support about the verification. His promotional earning and winnings through Arbitrage betting has been deducted. The user's account will be permanently terminated once he withdraws the funds.

Hello Nick I would like to know what message they sent you via e-mail and From my side I proved that I am innocent and played like a normal player. Its been more than 2 months, but still this problem is not solved. And who knows, how many players are there like me who stuck in this kind of problem and don't know how to complaint. And they are misleading this complaint with their false information. The ORIGIN of the problem started at a situation where " they are not verifying my docs".
