The player's unable to verify his card as the casino rejected his documents. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I send them pictures (front & back) of my debit card that I used to make my deposit but all I get back is that the card has been rejected. I talk to thm in the chat room but they just keep leading me astray .
They say they will have someone from the documents but no one calls or writes me. I have to go thru this every time I try to cash out at their casino. On there withdraw statement they say I have 200,22 to withdraw.
