I have been logged in with raging Bull casino and resontly I have been rederected to paradisoroom casino same information username and password and banking information is all the same as before but I have deposited alot of money over several weeks and no dramas until I made a withdrawal I have been identified and submitted all the documents I have been informed and I keep getting 5 to 7 days I would receive my funds it's been over a month now I can not access my account and not get any information about my withdrawal and I been told the casino is having maintenance restructure and can't access my account is this common practice that you have not heard of paradisoroom casino is not a known casino with your company and I login raging Bull and didn't choose to change casino and was informed that the casino is the same casino As raging Bull and I thought it was a chance of name if you log into raging Bull I automatically redirect to paradisoroom?? What do you think??

How long before the redirect were you able to play in Raging Bull Slots? Did you claim any deposits there? Did you contact the casino right after the redirection? If yes, what did they respond? Did you get any notification prior to the redirect about it?

They rederected me a couple of months ago I have made a withdrawal from raging Bull successful before I just assumed that they had just changed their name because I would log in to raging Bull On there sight and it automatically redirect to paradisoroom casino and apparently they are a run by the same company I still can't access my account and couple weeks ago I was depositing hundreds of dollars and till I requested a withdrawal from them the casino is not accessible at all I will get back to you with some screenshots of conversation with them and just a question have you ever heard of paradisoroom casino before I don't know what more I can say I know that I not much helpful information your help last time was a success and got a good result thanks for your help please let me know what you think I should do ?? 👍

Hello Tate2105,

The screeshots would be helpful. I've checked Paradisoroom and as I see, you can't even register there, most likely only with your Raging Bull account. Isn't the balance from your deposits into Raging Bull converted into Paradisoroom?

The casino I have been depositing alot of money does not seem to exist I have been playing on this casino for a couple of months approved my request for a withdrawal verified my indentification and told me that I would receive the money in 5 to 7 days seven days later I was blocked and informed that the casino is closed for maintenance and try again soon that was over 2weeks and now I have had no way to contact them in any way as if they never existed the facts are all my confidential information that I opened my account with raging Bull was given to paradisoroom casino with out my knowledge or consent I never opened a account with paradisoroom so raging Bull are responsible for making me vonurable to the situation I have found myself in someone has breached my confidential information from raging Bull i hope I am explaining the situation correctly

Dear Tate2105,

In your first post you mentioned that you have been informed that Raging Bull = Paradiso room. Who told you that? Also, did you also deposit into Paradiso or Raging bull only and the money was transfered there? Did you in any way accept terms in Paradiso? Some details are still not clear that's why I'm asking additional question. It would be also great to see more proof like deposits into the casino, account status etc. Please forward any screenshots or chats to nikolas.b@casino.guru.

Dear Tate2105,

Happy New Year too 🙂 I think that if the withdrawal will be processed, we should consider it as success. If they are the same group and they are the same people, your account details will be probably shared with all of their casinos so I wouldn't bother with that anymore if you get paid. It would be a much different scenario if they would refuse to pay you out as based on your statement, you did not even register in there. Keep us updated about the payout.

filei received information from one of the casino stating that manager withdrawal requested on 10 of January 8.17 for the sum of1900,00$and the next message above stated manager withdrawal Approved for the sum of 1900,00$ I was given 100$ in my bank account 2mounths later they informed me that I was not able to access the money because of a bonus regulations I have been informed by several times that I have been approved for withdrawal I have made document from three different casino everytime informed me that I

would receive my money as you can see in one of many screenshot everything 😃 was approved by the manager 3 too 10 days how long until it would be available 10 day later I receive 100,$ no explanation
