The player from the US is dissatisfied with the long withdrawal process. Even though we assumed that the issue was resolved, we rejected the complaint because the player stopped responding.
I made my withdrawal on 3/28 I was told my documents were approved on 3/29 and I keep getting wait wait wait. Then they said it was escalated??still waiting

Nothing as of 4/19 just the same wait wait wait. I did use a bonus but did follow all withdrawals guidelines

Just confirming that the first portion of the withdrawal was released to our 3rd party for disbursal as a wire payment on the 27th of April. Today would be the 10th business day since payment by the casino and it should be coming in any time now. The second portion was released on the 5th of May and should not be too far behind it.
As I said previously it is generally between 3 and 10 business days from payout to our 3rd party and arrival in the player's bank account, it can however take a bit longer from time to time due to volumes and limits on the part of the payment provider. The up side is it shouldn't be long before both arrive and payment is complete.
