I spoke to the casino yesterday 12/6/23 & get the same excuses over and over. I emailed them my id and bank info to documents and then I sent the casino name, my username, bank statement, screenshot of bank app with the transactions highlighted showing it came out of my account to them.
Everytime I message them it’s one of the excuses they keep giving me. Then yesterday when I sent screenshots of the conversations with previous support people they then say they don’t have an answer just to wait to hear from them.
what would take 14 days to verify when you can get on Chumba or luckylands and their verification is quick and paid out in 48 hours?
I have read all the reviews now that show how ragingbullslots tries not to pay people even a month later after they say they provided the information to the casino.
Please investigate what’s going on rather than question me. It’s the casino who is trying to not pay me and dragging feet! Otherwise, they are showing they are not legit and fraudulent.
Please contact document center and payments to find out what the problem is and address it.
Otherwise, please provide who the casino is commissioned under so I can make a complaint to them as well. Thank you.
