I have submitted the documents needed twice. Everytime I speak to them via chat I get one excuse after another why they’ve not paid out. It’s always documents not approved or bank statement or screenshot of acct with deposit in question and have given it all.


This is not good business and I paid my money and won and they had no problem taking it. They should be made to pay out my money. This is pathetic and shouldn’t be allowed no matter where one is. I want the winnings I won and not months from now!

I spoke to the casino yesterday 12/6/23 & get the same excuses over and over. I emailed them my id and bank info to documents and then I sent the casino name, my username, bank statement, screenshot of bank app with the transactions highlighted showing it came out of my account to them.


Everytime I message them it’s one of the excuses they keep giving me. Then yesterday when I sent screenshots of the conversations with previous support people they then say they don’t have an answer just to wait to hear from them.


what would take 14 days to verify when you can get on Chumba or luckylands and their verification is quick and paid out in 48 hours?


I have read all the reviews now that show how ragingbullslots tries not to pay people even a month later after they say they provided the information to the casino.


Please investigate what’s going on rather than question me. It’s the casino who is trying to not pay me and dragging feet! Otherwise, they are showing they are not legit and fraudulent.


Please contact document center and payments to find out what the problem is and address it.


Otherwise, please provide who the casino is commissioned under so I can make a complaint to them as well. Thank you.

I spoke with customer service today again and under my documents it said I was missing my id which was already showing approved on casino site. I addressed it and let her know I had already been valid and approved. I keep getting a run around with stories changing continually. I expect answers and want to know when the money will be paid out to me. There’s NO reason your site has not jumped on board and gotten to the bottom of the matter.


people spend money to play but when you win, they don’t want to

Can you please clarify since when is the verification ongoing?

I would also like to point out that we are not the casino and we do not contact them until we receive sufficient evidence from the players. In your current case, if the verification has taken less than 14 days, there is nothing we can do and only recommend you to wait. If it would take longer, we may try to intervene.

I am attaching the email they sent today and the bank statement that shows the deposits went out to them. They are fraudulent and take money but are dishonest in paying.

They are trying to say it doesn’t show the deposit attempts but my bank statement with it highlighted has the last 4 of my debit card listed and shows it was a debit card transaction paid on their site. They say they cannot process my winnings. This is inaccurate and the information has been provided. I would appreciate you pressing them why they are not processing it when my bank statement with my name clearly shows it!

I had the opportunity to review the situation and it appears that the cash deposit was denied by the issuing bank. Since our 3rd party payment providers were unable to collect the winning deposit the requested withdrawal was denied and the funds removed.


Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the casino.guru team for review.
