I spent a few hundred dollars into raging bull casino. I tried to make a withdraw back in May, but they procrastinated the documentation process, and I eventually cancelled my withdraw and more recently made a crypto deposit. and again, on the 3rd of this month (august) and waited until today to contact customer service and check on the process. they said I used a bonus, But I played thru and made additional deposits after any bonus I used at the beginning of playing at raging bull casino. The upload attachment failed, but I can send screenshots of specific account details via email if needed. Such as last deposit date, Last bonus used date, and total combined deposit amounts from me.

Yes, everything is correct. However, I would like to withdraw my complaint as I still currently play at this casino and will give one more go-around to see if they live up to their word or not. I will keep you informed should any issues arise. I also really appreciate the speedy and professional assistance. This ticket can be closed.
