Terrible experience here. I deposited using my debit MasterCard from my major bank in Canada. One that allows online gambling transactions. They asked me to verify by sending in a bank statement with my name and the card number on it which does not exist. My bank doesn't do that. I offered them another way to verify by watching me log into my online bank with my card number, which they ignored. They said well if you can't provide exactly what we asked we can't verify you. And they have literally no other deposit options that would work for me and besides. Now I can't trust a casino that will gladly accept my deposit but refuses to work with me to get my account verified.

I have try to deposit with 2 diffrent visa card and it was decline when i asked my banks they told me becuse the site is unsafe the cards automaticaly blocks so beware. Chat is useless

I deposit but never received any deposit bonus, players are not allowed to withdraw more then total deposit since made account, can't upload documents , chat not avalibel all time, I strongly don't recommend this casino to anyone

I can not recomend this casino to anyone even if i want becuse after playing for hours and days here in the end very bad payouts in most of their providers , there is much better casino sites out there then this one becuse this casino is not enternatiment . Also when making deposit using card the money dont arrive to play account before 15 minutes every time.
