HI THERE for profanities i am suspoended for 2 weeks but first they let me deposit 10 euros and right after i am suspended for profanity .... and thats true because first i send so many messages and emails but i never got an answer so ui got mad like before and send messages with profabnity.....but i i could send oe or two messages and than they wouldnt react tyo them ay more and i said i want the money back right away and the account closed but now i dont get any answer anymore ...... and i want that nmoney back right now and its unbelievable that i can make the dep and immidiatlyu after the dep i am suspended ..and when i ask it bacck than no respons anymore......the software still is managed like they want it like thety prooved some years ago they cant proove it now anymore but i know for sure that tey set the software ion my name and sio taht i looose in the mosst hillariues ways after ione aniother its unbeliavable how i loose all the games ... i want just my money bacjk and my account closed.....account name pokerstars....twanni1975

We received this message from Twan, therefore we marked the complaint as resolved:


"Hi there i just want to say something and that is that i was waiting for guru to send me an email and untill now i thought i didnt get it yet!! so thats the reason why i didnt respond but by accident is it solved any way since the day before yesterday and i had a very nice and good conversation whith someone from pokerstars that has the power to reactivate an account and after talking to him for at least 45 minutes to an hour it was solved and i have experienced it like nive respectfull being heard and i felt a waight fell of my shoulder and my account could be used immidiatly after the conversation had finished...so it has ended very good and in this it gets together with the rejection of this case so again i am sorry that i havent reacted earlier because i really missed or didnt recieve or i dont know what happened axactly but i mist it because somewhere probably at my side went wrong and its not due to easy thinking or handling from my partbecause i wnted to do domething with the case and the whole situation..so i am sorry that wasnt supposed to happen..luckely and i amglad that its also not nescacary anymore ...so tx anyway for the help in this matter altough i could make use of it i appriciate it anyway...
