So there are two problems - the first one is a bonus that has not been granted and the second one is the prize that has not been granted. Is that correct?

Could you please post a screenshot of your full deposit and bonus history for December here in this thread?

All I have is what I submitted. I withdraw this complaint, I just wish people would explain the prize was only real if you made another deposit, so it is a deposit coupon, not a prize at all.
