Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Planet 7 Casino. I would like to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Did you use any new payment method since your last withdrawal? When was the last time the casino responded to you and what was it? Could you please advise if you have finished all the bonus requirements?

The possible reason for the delay might be a new payment method which needs to be verified or they are simply checking your bonus play if there was everything done by their terms and conditions.

Please also forward any relevant screenshot or communication between you and the casino to nikolas.b@casino.guru.

Thanks for your response. I used same payment and did get through all play through requirements.

I spoke to an agent yesterday afternoon via chat, was the fourth time, agent I have had contact with via chat.

Same response that it would be sent up to appropiate to to be processed ASAP. I don,t have screenshots of messages through chat. If anything else is needed please let me know.

Also thanks to Nick and Planet 7, you are my favorite casino. My only complaint would be it takes quite long to receive payouts and I do not understand why. I will continue to play at Planet 7 but I do have to be honest I have been checking other casinos for a faster payout to play also. It is hard to continue playing when you spend your budget and having to wait an extended period of time for your payout process.
