The player from Oklahoma complained about several issues with the casino. He was not able to withdraw his winnings due to a dysfunctional verification process and unreachable customer support. Moreover, he had $43,000 voided because he did not deposit between claiming two bonuses. He also complained about the low payout amounts. We found that the casino’s actions were in compliance with their terms and conditions regarding consecutive bonuses. Additionally, due to the lack of response from the player, the complaint was rejected.

This site is the worst I've ever played for one the verify process doesn't work even after u get a confirmation saying it's been completed so never able to withdraw any winnings. They have a crazy playthrough amount and even after u do finish the playthrough amount now missing documents are needed to verify again and still never able to cash out. The live chat option is a joke most of the time they don't ever even reply to concerns but get automatic responses asking you how your experience was. And the worst part of this scam of a site is they will off you free play or free spins but don't use them because when u do and by the slim chance you win anything more than one dollar if that you can't claim winning until u complete another huge playthrough amount. Or most likely you will get a response from them saying that you claimed two bonus without despoiting between using two coupons. Its a huge trick they do on purpose to have a out when you do win and can void your winnings and get nothing. I played a free spin offer two weeks after I claimed the welcome offer bonus and worked my funds up to 43,000 dollars. When I try to cash out it will not let me so after trying to contact support for 24 hrs finally get to speak with someone and find out 43,000 dollars was all void for claiming two bonus without despoit between. You would think it the demand to despoit between each of bonus claimed they would make it clear and to do one better not allow you redeem the offer but nope that is not the case instead they send you offers over and over and over trying to give you a chance to play just so they cam void you winning and I'm sure be collected by someone at the company or some connection to them. Not to mention the pay out amounts are soooo low that most of every game you play it's nearly impossible to even break even let alone collect more money than you put into this site even tho they say RTC is 96% or whatever bullshit they make up I'm very confident that is not the truth and believe the games are rigged. So Save your money and time and play a better more honest site like Horseplay.com use to be called Bspot com, or anything other than a site partnered with inclave, avoid planet 7 unless you just want to waste your money and never collect payout. This is a scam site in my opinion

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If you played with multiple free bonuses consecutively, I am afraid there is nothing we can do. I checked the general T&Cs and I found this:

4.Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.


Please note that the vast majority of online casinos prohibit players from activating multiple free bonuses consecutively. In an ideal world, this would be enforced on a software level, however, as of now, as long as the casino states this clearly in its T&Cs, we cannot penalize the casino for confiscating your winnings, nor we are in a position to force the casino to return you the winnings. Therefore, we believe that the casino denied your winnings in compliance with their terms.

I can only recommend that you always check the bonus T&Cs before you activate any offer and keep in mind that casinos usually do not allow this type of bonus use.

Furthermore, regarding the rigged games - I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. I would recommend reading our article about Payout ratio (RTP):
