I have been attempting to receive my winnings from planet seven for at three weeks now I was told five days from the beginning of my withdrawal time and now we are working on three weeks I went to login this morning to check my account and they have blocked my account without my pay I called there premium players hotline and I talk to an agent that upon looking up my account stated that all he can see is my name and my birthdate and that’s all he can tell me at this time the only thing I have done is request my money after the given time they stated this is absolutely outrageous and I can’t believe that online casinos are allowed to do this to VIP members that have spent thousands of dollars at the casino I have numerous screenshots of our chats guaranteeing my pay I got copies of my withdrawal request I have bundles of documents showing that I indeed won this money yet they have not paid me these casinos should be held responsible for their actions especially when they should be considered as theft robbery grand theft but nothing ever happens this is absurd I would like to receive my winnings of $11,128. And the way they have treated not only me but a bunch of other customers that I’ve seen across the Internet I feel as if they should give me all my money back as well I’m not trying to be greedy but Im not gonna let them be rob me Because I won some money. filefilefilefile

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. Have you passed the KYC before the casino closed your account? Have you ever made any successful withdrawals before? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Do I understand correctly that the casino has never provided the reason for blocking your account? If there is any other relevant communication between you and the casino, please forward it to kristina.s@casino.guru.

Yes I have had withdrawal from them on the 12th of December. I had to do a complaint about it to receive it as well but I have passed the KYC I have made a successful withdrawal per bitcoin wallet.


1 of 4 should only take 1197.00 which should cover the whole bonus amount. I also have a chat to back it with a representative. They just talked to me the on the 26th. And numerous times before as they have continued to promise 3 to 5 more days every time since the 11th. They blocked me I’m sure due to me asking if I was gonna have to make more complaints to receive my winnings. They’re very rude about payouts ALWAYS. I will forward Copies of the pending withdrawal still pending and as well as detailed chats with the representatives about the payouts to listed email. Please give me about 15 mins and they should be in your inbox. Thank you so much

So what other steps should I take to help move this process. I literally need this money as it’s been being waiting on for months on this. How many more 5-10 days waits must I wait? I don’t underStand how these guys have been allowed to stay on the internet scamming since 2017….what are we waiting on? Them not to reply? Then what happens?

Under normal circumstances I would be able to assist however it appears there are thousands of dollars in disputed credit card deposits in this account. I am reviewing and getting more data but if the winning deposit is among the disputed charges and the payment is no longer with the casino there will be little I can do. The winnings would be considered void.


I'll get back when I have further information.

Dear thertz96,

Based on the evidence from the casino, I'm afraid, your complaint will be rejected. I hope you realize that making chargebacks is unacceptable for most casinos and you may have problems with future registrations and withdrawals. You are right that the Planet 7 Casino's withdrawal processing is very time-consuming but disputing credit card charges isn't a solution to this problem. I wish I could be of more help.

I didn’t start doing chargebacks until AFTER they blocked my account, AFTER THEY refrained talking to me, AFTER, I called numerous times and they repeatedly said they could not tell me anything because the only thing they could see on my account was my email and password. AFTER, creating this complaint….AFTER, the 10 day delayed response they gave, AFTER ALL OF IT.


FOR THEM TO JUST BULLY SOMEONE, or Strategically play the TERMS AND CONDITIONS SO THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY OUT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. And FOR YOU GUYS TO LET THEM PLAY YOU INTO THINKING I WAS OUT OF MY RIGHT TO CHARGE BACK FOR ANY AND ALL CHARGES THEY STOLE FROM ME.


THEIR ACTIONS CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO REDEEM MY FUNDS BACK BECAUSE THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTIONS OF PAYING ME OUT. PLANET 7 MADE THAT OBVIOUS ONCE DELETING ME WITH NO REASONING. YOU DONT GET TO KEEP MY MONEY AND NOT PAY OUT. IF CASINO GURU STANDS BEHIND THEM IN ANY FASHION IN THIS CASE I WOULD HAVE TO ASSUME THEY PLAYED YOU IN THE PROCESS OF COMPLAINING AGAINST THEIR CASINO AND IN THAT UNDERSTANDING, NO ONE WINS. NOT EVEN PLANET 7 CASINO!


I HAVE NO PROBLEM GOING AFTER WHATS RIGHTFULLY MINE. EACH AND EVERY ONE I HAVE ON RECORD FROM PLANET 7 SHOULD ALL BE CHARGED WITH GRANDTHEFT and SO MUCH MORE.


PAY ME WHATS OWED TO ME AND ILL STOP THE CHARGE BACKS. IF NOT, WE WILL BUTT HEADS THE WHOLE WAY UNTIL I GET EVERY LAST PENNY YOUR "CASINO" STOLE FROM ME! YOU SHOULD HAVE READ MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

I'm afraid it doesn't work this way, you already made the chargebacks, so the damage is done. I recommend being careful with chargebacks in the future to avoid problems. As stated above, your complaint will be rejected. When it comes to my edited message, I made a typo so you don't have to worry about it.
