The player from New Zealand had experienced difficulty trying to upload verification documents and had not received responses from customer service despite reaching out via email. He understood a deposit was necessary for wallet verification, but was frustrated with the lack of support. We had tried to help him by contacting the casino and asking them to participate in the conversation. The casino informed us that the player had claimed several free chips without making real money deposits in between, which according to their terms and conditions, made him ineligible for a withdrawal. The player acknowledged this information and no further assistance was required. The complaint had been rejected.

everytime i try to upload my documents i get a error ive tried multiple times everytime i click on "contact us" my browser page shuts down i have emailed my documents its been a couple days now and i havent recieved a reply i understand i need to make a deposit before withdrawing to verify my btc wallet but whats the point if customer service dont even get back to me....

Dear mjayare6, I have been informed by the casino representative that you claimed several free chips with no real money deposits in between. If you check the terms and conditions of the casino (https://www.planet7casino.com/terms-conditions.php), you will find the following information:

NO DEPOSIT BONUSES (FREE CHIPS, FREE SPINS)
• Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.
• The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.


So the casino representative can assist you in verifying your documents, however, based on the above-mentioned rules, you won't be eligible for a withdrawal from free chips.

upon looking at my transaction history it appears to be true but from memory i just remember signing up with the no deposit chip and was so surprised i beat the wagering i hope they havent forged this transaction history to sly out of paying but if not i guess my memorys getting worse and i owe an apology for any frustration and wasted time and effort ive caused thanks for your help sorry for the inconvinience..
