Case summary

The player from the United Kingdom encountered repeated rejections when attempting to withdraw £800 after meeting the wagering requirements on a bonus. Despite wagering 30x the amount, she received no response to her emails and found multiple complaints online suggesting the casino might have been a scam. The Complaints Team was unable to assist with the issue as it pertained to sports betting, and the complaint was rejected due to insufficient insight into the matter.

I used to use this website for betting for a period of time. I was then awarded £50 to my account (bonus). I was not made aware of any terms.

I used the money and won around £500, which I tried to withdraw. It was rejected due to not meeting the wagering requirements. When I contacted their live chat facility they told me it was because I needed to wager 30x the bet amount.

Over a period of 3 or 4 days I wagered 30x the amount and ended up with just over £800. I meticulously recorded my bets right from the bonus £50 to the point where I'd wagered 30x the amount, as they did not have a bit on their bonus hub that tracks it for you. I then tried to withdraw and I got the same rejection reason. I've since put a couple of other bets on in case the original money didn't count as part of the 30x. Still rejecting my attempts to withdraw £800.

I've emailed their support email address multiple times as their live chat repeatedly advises me to do so. I am receiving no reply at all to my emails. This morning when I used their live chat to chase the issue I got an abrupt reply telling me I'll get an email today about it all. Still, nothing.

When googling this website I'm now seeing a lot of people having the same issue and that they believe it's a scam.

Please help.

Dear F1990,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify your situation.

Could you please send me the link to the bonus you activated and played with? Alternatively, you may share a screenshot of the bonus along with its Terms and Conditions, or the promotional offer if you received the bonus via email. My email address is veronika.l@casino.guru. Kindly include all your communication with the casino's customer support regarding the unfinished wagering as well.

Additionally, have you asked customer support if the progress bar displaying your bonus wagering can be found somewhere in your profile?

Lastly, could you specify the types of games you played with the bonus?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika

Hi,

It wasn't a link I'm afraid - it was the email shown below. It didn't come with any terms and conditions - it was only when I contacted livechat did I find out about the apparent 30x wagering requirement.

I also haven't saved any of the communications back and forward other than the following. I would be happy to get in touch again if it would be helpful?

I haven't asked about a progress bar - when I did ask how I could tell what is left for wagering they said to contact support@pitbet.io and they could tell me. They never did get back in touch with me though.

It is sports betting I've played with the bonus. I hope this is still OK to look for help with on this website, but let me know if not the case.

Thank you for the update.

As you might know, our forum Casino.Guru deals with complaints regarding online casinos only. I understand it must be difficult for you, but unfortunately, we don’t have enough insight to take on this kind of issue, related to sports betting. Therefore, I will be forced to reject your complaint.

Thank you very much for your understanding.

Best regards

Veronika
