The player's withdrawal is delayed for unknown reason. The complaint was rejected as the player lost his money.
I was playing avaitor in pin-up from last few days. now they are not giving my winning money. my account is varified(see screenshot below). i submitted all my document, aadhar card front, aadhar card back, selfi with aadhar card, i talked to customer support they are not replying properly. they give money only once or twice, after that they won't give. When exactly did you request for the withdrawal? When was the last time you contacted the casino and did they respond to you since? Did you accumulate your balance from real money or did you use any kind of bonus?
Since when exactly is your account fully verified?
Please note that we usually advise to wait at least 14 days for the first withdrawal to be processed as it may take longer in some casinos to finish the verification process.
