My pin up casino account id is 19309870

I have requested for withdrawal of Rs.11000 on 2022-05-23 19:39:32.I still have not received the money to my bank account. I have contacted with the pinup support assistants several time but they say the same thing over and over again.


Below is the message which i keep getting from their customer support. "Thank you for waiting my reply!

As I can see, you've created a correct withdrawal request at 2022-05-23 19:39:32 for 11000 It takes up to 48 hours for withdrawal request to be processed. Please do not cancel it and be patient - wait for request to be processed."


I am in need of urgent money. I kindly request you to help me out and resolve this issue asap.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Just this morning my withdrawal has arrive...i afraid bcoz it never happen me before,not only one withdrawal has pendind before I do lots of withdrawal before no problems.thank you pinup 11000 is lots for me...
