Dear Portouefa1,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://paradise8.com/terms.php:

"New players are allowed to withdraw €/£/AU$/$500 (R5,000) per day and €/£/AU$/$1,000 (R10,000) every 7 day period. Our highest VIP players are permitted to withdraw a maximum of €/£/AU$/$10,000 (R100,000) of their winnings per 7 day period at management's discretion."

Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for splitting your win into several installments, especially, if this information is clearly stated in their terms and conditions.

However, based on your description of events, it appears as you’re not a new player anymore and your withdrawal limits have been higher in the past. Could you please forward any relevant communication along with your cashier history to petronela.k@casino.guru?

Was able to withdraw 500 today

So last 500 was on March 3 and now another on March 13 that is really bad as you told me I'm not a new player and it should be 1000 every 7 days this way it will take forever to get my winnings

We are on track to pay this player's withdrawals.


As stated in our terms:


It is our goal to pay withdrawals within 1 and 7 business days. This time frame can vary due to processor availability but we will always do everything in our power to pay our players as fast as possible so you can get your winnings quickly and easily.


I will talk to our Finance Department so the pending withdrawal is processed soon.


Regarding the limits, we recently upgraded to a new cashier system and there are a few bugs to be fixed.


We have updated the limits for this player and there should be a limit of $1,000 allowed per week now.

Hi I really love playing in this casino they are amazing and the slots are awesome I even told 2 friends in New York and New Jersey about them and they love it. Hope everything goes smoothly from now on and I can cash out my 1000 a week.

My friends never had this issue because they are down thousands lol

PARADISE8.COM has always been great so maybe it was the cashier upgrade issue and I will continue saying good things about them because only had issues with them recently and I believe now it will be okay

They paid out 500 and then on the 15th I was able to withdraw 500 and can not withdraw more so it is a withdrawal Ike 7 to 10 days still at 500

Our records show you requested 500 on the 13th (so when you tried on the 19th, only 6 days have passed). You had another request on 15th. So that is 1000 in a 7 day period.


After 7 full days have passed since your oldest withdrawal in this period, you should be allowed to request one more.
