The player from South Carolina requested a withdrawal two weeks ago. However, it is still showing as pending and he hasn't received any responses to his emails. The complaint was resolved as the player got paid out.
ZERO answers to emails. Have not heard a single word since I have requested the withdraw. The withdraw still shows pending on my account.

The withdraw was on a promo yes. I was just told to make a $10 deposit which I did. This was on 10/9. Am I verified? I have NO idea since I have NEVER received a response to ANY of my emails. I have NEVER spoken to a single person here. I remain ignored. Any other questions?

These people wont even answer their Live chat. The one time that they did, as soon as they heard my inquiry was about my withdraw they just stopped responding.
Still havnt been paid. we are now on the 5th week. Going on the 6th. They have responded a couple times telling me it is basically coming but still NOTHING. Am unable to send screenshot here still. Keeps telling me file too big but I assure you my Pending withdraw from 10/09 is still there
Hello. This case can now be closed. I received my payment today. It took almost 7 -8 weeks, but I got it. Not only did I get it but it was in its entirety. W/O fees which is the first time Ive seen this. I repeat. This case is closed
