first Complain

I already opened a complain against the raging bull slot casino with the same issues. I used the bonus with deposit that tells me for keno and slot only. the card games was locked during wagering. after met the wagering the card games unlocked and I played both slot and card games.


They denied my winning and paid me only the deposit.


2nd complain

I played again and followed all rules and have 2 withdrawals. after 3 weeks they still don't release my payout.

Do I understand correctly that your payments are still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Could you please advise if you’ve withdrawn any winnings from this casino in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.

Thank you for response.

My account is verified long time ago. as you saw in the screen shot. today is more than 22 days that I only received apologize from them.

I didn't have any withdrawn of winnings from this casino in the past. my total winning in the past was about 4500$ which denied with unfair reason and my 2 new withdrawal request is still pending since 10/25/21.

for now. based on what u said me in the same issue with Raging Bull casino. right now. my issue is they are going to delay my new winning withdrawal request since more than one month ago (10/25/21) and they don't have any intention to release it. file
