The complaints team had explained the process and reasons for withdrawal delays, but ultimately rejected the complaint as the loss of funds was due to the player's decision to continue playing. The player's aggressive behavior had resulted in a warning from the complaints team about the use of offensive language. The player remained unsatisfied with the outcome.

I been trying to withdrawal since last week Monday I even sent in my id and all they yet to respond or anything so I think they just collecting people's information like ordinary scammers do but they need to be shutdown immediately those are scammers!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

I can agree with you that the communication from the casino team about your withdrawal could have been much better. As mentioned by the casino team, your account was fully verified on September 18th, and your balance was then set to your cashout limit of $50.00. We would ideally like to see the withdrawals processed the same day, however, this is not always possible due to several factors such as the licensing authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, bank restrictions, and others, all of which have a major influence, so although some payment methods are usually really quick, sometimes it can take much longer for the payment to be processed, and this is not always in the "casino's hands." That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals.

Sadly, you have not done that, and you have decided to continue playing with your balance and have fairly lost it.

I'm afraid there is not much that can be done here anymore, as it was your sole decision to continue playing.
