Hi there. Unfortunately, I don’t have a good experience with these casinos. I made a deposit of AU $ 20 and also used a coupon to make my deposit because nothing prohibited the use of the coupon. I started playing. I circumvented the horribly high wagering requirements and luckily I was able to make an AU $ 800 payout by the time I received the message that they were unwilling to pay the amount I had won because the coupons were not available in Hungary. Of course you can pay with a coupon. So I got my deposit back but the 800AU $ was taken away by the casino

How exactly did you come to this bonus? Did you accept it in your casino account or was it some kind of code during registration? Is there any screenshot of that bonus or a direct link to it?

We believe that once the casino gives you a bonus they should also pay it out. If they do not wish to pay out players using bonuses, they should prevent the restricted countries to use them.

Have a nice day, Nick. Of course, I was able to register my account smoothly and the KYC procedure went well. It’s true that it was a bit of a lengthy process but it worked. I keep getting the bonus and even now I get the bonus offers / coupons from the casino which I can easily exchange without any problems. Nothing draws attention to the limitations when redeeming a coupon. I even went up to the casino to get bigger bonuses. So they are rude to people. I have attached pictures below.filefilefilefile

I don’t think it’s likely that the casino would pay the amount but if that much could be achieved, at least they couldn’t fool anyone else then it was worth it. I left a lot of money in the casino (At least for a small person like me to count a lot) and that’s why I didn’t find this move fair. But thank you again! 🙂

We would like to ask Ozwin Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, the complaint will become ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
