Just a note my account was fully verified also before I started the game I didn’t want any bonus from casino that’s a good start because I played with my real money deposit. Also when u reach out to the support team there keep ignoring me the whole casino is ignoring all my emails when my balance was as low no warning no sign no email or could have stoped me playing but no I carried on playing for over weeks when I reached £8900 I started to withdraw 1 by 1 what takes ages suddenly when I reached £1400 then the rest disappeared from my account £7500 is a lot of money

COLLUSION, CHEATING, FRAUD AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
9.11 Company reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal request, which includes to remove all bonuses or winnings in the case of Irregular Play in case of the followings:
Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest deposit currently in play. Including purchasing in-game features including but not limited to free spins with a total bet amount of 30% or greater than the value of the deposit.
Placing wagers that are 30% or more than the value of the bonus (the smallest one among them) currently in play within the bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled.
Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest Cashback Bonus currently in play.
Purchasing in-game features including but not limited to free spins with a total bet amount of 30% or greater than the value of the deposit or bonus (the smallest one among them) currently in play.

I can agree with you that ideally the max bet rule should be enforced automatically by the system, but sadly, this is not yet an industry-standard in all casinos. That's why it is strongly recommended to read the terms and conditions before starting to play to avoid disappointment like this. As you mentioned, you have received part of your winnings. It is quite common for the casino team to engage in a gameplay check once a withdrawal is submitted and once the winnings reach beyond a certain amount (mostly this limit is around 500 GBP, EUR, USD, etc.), so it is only at this time that any inconsistencies are discovered.

I understand your concerns, but as I already mentioned, it is a common practice within the industry for the casino team to conduct a gameplay check following the submission of a withdrawal request, particularly when winnings exceed a certain threshold, so it is only at this time that any inconsistencies or irregularities are discovered.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly, but as expected, I have not received a response back at all. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from the casino side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help change the casino's approach and this unresolved complaint will be used as a warning to other players that the casino might confiscate winnings without sufficient explanation. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email.

Since the casino doesn't hold a valid license and doesn't utilize any Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, there's no gaming authority to approach, leaving us with no further avenues for action. I would advise selecting casinos in the future based on their reviews and ratings to steer clear of such situations.
