On February 2, I wanted to request a withdrawal of PLN 902 (~$230). When I tried to withdraw (all methods), a message appeared: I need to make a turnover of the X1 deposit, and I made a turnover of PLN 50 a long time ago. I contacted the live chat - due to the technical problem described above, I was promised a manual payment. I sent them the transfer details by e-mail. 3 weeks have passed, the casino has not paid out the money, there is nothing stopping you from ordering a withdrawal to your bank account, since they have the data. I reported the matter to Askgamblers, thanks to their intervention, Nomini commented on the matter: They asked to add an ID to the profile. They did it on purpose to delay the payment for another week - verification takes up to 3 days. The support and financial departments do not work on weekends, which gives a total of a month of waiting.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hello, thank you for your quick reply.

1. When I deposited PLN 50, I had a small spins bonus, around PLN 20 - I placed a bet quite quickly and then continued playing with real funds.

2. Previously, I had no problem depositing and withdrawing money from Nomini without verification. I have been using this group of casinos (Rabidi /araxio) for a long time and verification has always been voluntary. This is the first time I've been asked to do this.

3. The last time I contacted you was literally yesterday - via Nomini live chat. I asked why it takes 7 hours to check one photo of my ID card 😉. This verification was intended to speed up payments. It actually delays it - the casino staff may ask for additional information to get +3 days waiting time. I think this is intentional because if verification is required to process a withdrawal, they could have asked me for it 2 weeks ago.

Please note that we already recommend to wait at least 14 days for the casino to process the verification. Can you please advise which documents were requested from you and if any of them are already approved?

good morning, today at 9:00 am fortunately I received an email from Nomini that the payment was accepted. I already have funds in my bank account. I am glad that despite waiting 25 days, the case can be considered closed and thank you for your help😀
