He was told it would take 5-7 days to receive his payout, but after two months, he had yet to receive it. We contacted the casino, which confirmed that the player needed to provide his Bitcoin wallet address and phone number. After the player submitted the necessary information, the casino processed the withdrawal, and the player confirmed receipt of his funds. The complaint was marked as resolved.

Payed for a promotion ended up wining a few hundred after verify the moved my payout to 180 with 30 dollar fee per bitcoin It has been two months and still nothing I’ve received my email stating I was approved and it would be 5-7 days we are going on 2 month. Every other day I reach out and I get we are sorry have a god day ahead it place will steal from you and hope you guys read reviews and please don’t give them your cash

Nick, My payout started 4-12-24. Was approved on 4-23-24. I used a 400x bonus that you can not find now to copy down terms. I have spoken to New Fun on the phone twice. And CS I’ve spoken to them at least twice a week since 4-23-24. I get the same response from them that Bitcoin payouts are done manually and it will take more time. And banking will reach out to me in 24 hours but no one ever calls and if I do get a call it’s for a promotion. I just expect like every other person here that’s playing at theses casinos the right way that if we place money down in hopes to win money and we do in fact win such monies. That we get funded in a timely manor. Because I’m sure when I send bitcoin to these places that they receive there money asap.

As per the update from the withdrawal team, they wrote an email to the player asking for the payout mode. Once the player submits it, the banking team will transfer the funds.

Well everything was sent to casino as requested spoke to CS last night and was told payout needs a few more days. I haven’t received any emails from new club except for more promotions

As I can see the player replied to this email on Monday, providing the requested information.
