I deposited with crypto thru coinbase

I actually tried to collect on 150.00 i won but say a 30$ charge to them

I turn in a mail document a copy front and back of state issue ID and a selfie of me holding it

Now they asking for a bank statement and pictures of bank cards so old and replaced that have nothing to do with this transaction

Telling me this now after 5 days of asking not one email no nothing till I contacted them

No they still demanding a card I must of deposited with in past at some point and those cards they ask for have been replaced probably several times since been used

This deposit was litecoin thru coinbase

I gave them utilities bill my state issue ID front and back and a selfie holding same ID like asked

You can't be serious sir we're talking about a card that may have been used in past how does that have anything to do with this deposit that had no card used

I may have used it in past at least a year ago why they need that makes no sense just excuse to rip people off I use no bank it was a debit card
