I first requested the withdraw on 02.01.2023 but it was declined by them on 05.01.2023 and I was asked to use a verified Iban for withdraw which I used the one on my postepay which is the only one I used for deposit

Then I did another request on 05.01.2033 so the money should be in by next week

I didn't use any bonus

I M all verified so I shouldn't have prior problems or delays

Right now I have 96.000 plus 7.500 in withdraw process

Seeing all the reclamations solved by both your team and mystake team made my get my hopes up

Please set the timer to two weeks and I ll keep you informed if anything happens

Tell me if I need to send to you any future evidence

I M happy to say that today I received the first 7.500 withdraw and now I M not expecting any future problems regarding the rest of the money considering I ll have to stick to the withdraw monthly limit

I want to thank you and your team for what you re doing

I ve just lost it all since they changed my account and didn't got 1 win with all the money I spent can you tell me if its legal that they change it that bad? In rest yeah it's closed

I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work.
