The player's withdrawal is delayed for over 3 weeks. The complaint was closed as the casino has no reaction policy.
It's been 22 working days since i requested my withdrawl, i they have all the details and ample time to check things so would like this processed immediately.
The webchat team keep cutting me off when i ask very simple questions and refuse to log a complaint pointing me to a generic support email

Thanks, fully verified and own fund, i opted out of any bonus offers, I've contacted them a number of times over the last 23 days, getting generic "we'll contact our financial team" but nothing back.
Tried to call them but never get an answer and have emailed support@mrsloty.com yesterday and havent had anything back as lf yet, but away it was only yesterday. The online chat team cut me off around 10 times yesterday and when i have spoken in previous weeks i said i would get contacted via email but nothing.
It's not a significant amount of money but the fact I'm being ignored and fobbed off has annoyed me so keen to get it
