I requested a withdrawal on the 26th October, 2022. then received an email from support that the withdrawal will take from 7 - 21 days.

I contacted the support team after 22 days via chat on the 16th November and the answer I got was"we apologise for the delay your withdrawal woll be processed son" It is now the the 21st of November and have not received a withdrawal payment yet,

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Thanks for your support.

My account was verified on the 22nd October 2022. I received am email confirming this. I did receive a bonus and played it through til 0 showed up. They have a notification at the top of the screen showing the play through and the balance of playthrough gets smaller as you play. I played through that bonus from an amount of about 35000 to 0. I can't remember exactly how much but it was high. I had a lot of wins and losses as well. But my final balance was £800 which was accumulated with real money and I decided to cash out. You cant request a withdrawal if you still have a bonus in place. The system is designed that way. I last contacted the casino about my withdrawal on the 16th November 2022. Asking when can I expect to receive it.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
