Hello, I wanted to withdraw my win from 300€, I waited for over 21 work days like I they said to me. And it was on 29.04.2022 until now nothing has happened. I wrote to support but they say always the same thing.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but six weeks is really a long time. Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Have you received any winnings from this casino in the past?

Hello sorry for the late response.

I newer did a payout with this casino it was the first time. I play in a couple casinos and I never waited longer as 2 days.

I played with a bonus, but I passed that so I could make a withdrawal. I wrote them but it's always the same answer. I send you Screenshot from the mails.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
