Despite our attempts to get in touch with the casino, we've got no responce from them and are not able to keep resolving the case therefore the complaint is closed as "unresolved".

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still, if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.

For future references, I can only recommend checking our Casino list for the best gambling establishments. In this way, you stand a very good chance to avoid any misunderstandings and disappointments.

However, I will set the timer for additional 5 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by Monday, we will intervene. I would like to ask the Mr Sloty Casino to reply to this complaint. I'm extending the timer by 7 more days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
